Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
Pursuant to section 338 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Māori reservation for the purpose of a cemetery, is to be known as Nga Urupā Hoori Te Rua Whakautu Cemetery for the common use and benefit of Whanaungatanga Nga Uri O Mohi Kawenata Tito.

Land Declared Road and Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Abel Smith Street, Wellington
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Wellington City Council;
- Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Wellington City Council, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
