Notice of Direction to Appoint Two Limited Statutory Managers for the Opotiki College (148) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M of the Education Act 1989, with delegated authority from the Minister of Education, I hereby direct the appointment of two limited statutory managers for the Opotiki College (148) Board of Trustees.
The following functions, powers and duties of the board are to be vested in the limited statutory managers:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise); and
- all functions, powers and duties of the board for financial management (whether statutory or otherwise).
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (MPI Notice No. 484)
Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 10 April 2015 of the Animal Products Notice: Ante-mortem and Post-mortem examination of Mammals, Ostrich and Emu Intended for Human Consumption, which comes into force on 31 May 2015.
