Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 25 March 2013, which was granted under those Regulations to Anne-Marie Duff in respect of Milton Playcentre (81022), situated at 34 Spenser Street, Milton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Appointment of Members to a Strategic Advisory Committee for Kapiti Island Reserve Sites
In accordance with section 122(7) of the Ngati Toa Rangatira Claims Settlement Act 2014, the Director-General of Conservation hereby publishes notice of the following appointments to the strategic advisory committee that was established by section 121 of the Act to perform functions in relation to the Kapiti Island reserve sites created by the Act.
The following appointments have been made by the Director-General of Conservation in accordance with section 122(3) of the Act and the appointees have been notified by the Director-General:
- Dr Barry Wards, of Upper Hutt
- Robert Keith Stone, of Wellington.
The trustee of the Toa Rangatira Trust has made the following appointments in accordance with section 122(2) of the Act and the appointees have been notified by the trustee:
- Graeme Lee Hastilow, of Porirua
- Miria Louise Woodbine Pomare, of Porirua.
The trustee of the Toa Rangatira Trust has appointed Miria Louise Woodbine Pomare to be the chairperson of the strategic advisory committee in accordance with section 122(5) of the Act.
These appointments take effect from the date of this notice and are for a term of five years.
