Notice Under the Financial Advisers Act 2008
Pursuant to section 147A(1)(a) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008, notice is given of the approval of additional standard conditions for incorporation in authorisations of financial advisers to provide a personalised DIMS (under section 55(1)(b) of the Financial Advisers Act 2008) and amendment to standard condition 3.
The standard conditions can be downloaded from the Financial Markets Authority website www.fma.govt.nz.
Printed copies are also available from the Financial Markets Authority, Level 5, Ernst & Young Building, 2 Takutai Square, Britomart, Auckland, and Level 2, 1 Grey Street, Wellington.
The additional standard conditions are incorporated from 1 June 2015, into all grants of authorisations of financial advisers authorised to provide personalised DIMS.
Amended standard condition 3 is incorporated into all grants of authorisations of financial advisers 28 days after the date of publication of this notice.
