Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)
Notice is given that on 27 April 2015 at 4.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that the company be liquidated and that Mark Hector Norrie, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The company resolved that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator, be able to pay its debts. A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 21 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
