Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholders on 8 April 2015 at 10.50am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator hereby fixes 27 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

On 20 April 2015, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that WATSOL CENTRAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Roderick T. McKenzie be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 20 April 2015 at 3.00pm.

The liquidator has fixed 18 May 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
