for the Ngāruawāhia High School (127) Board of Trustees
Under section 78M(6) of the Education Act 1989, acting under delegated authority, I hereby amend the notice (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 4 April 2013, No. 39, page 1185), directing the Secretary for Education to appoint two limited statutory managers for the Ngāruawāhia High School (127) Board of Trustees.
The following functions, powers and duties are now vested in one limited statutory manager:
- All functions, powers and duties of the board as an employer (whether statutory or otherwise); and
- all functions, powers and duties of the board for property management (whether statutory or otherwise).
No other functions, powers or duties are vested in the limited statutory manager.
This notice takes effect 14 days after the date of publication.

Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Fixed Radio Link Devices) Notice 2015
Pursuant to section 111 of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 and Regulation 9 of the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001, and acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive, I give the following notice.
Notice
- Short title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Radiocommunications Regulations (General User Radio Licence for Fixed Radio Link Devices) Notice 2015.
(2) This notice comes into force on 21 April 2015.
- Licence—
(1) Licence Name: General User Radio Licence for Fixed Radio Link Devices (GURL-FRLD).
(2) Licence: Any person may transmit radio waves using Fixed Radio Link Devices, including those known as U-NII devices, using digital modulation techniques to typically provide high data rate fixed point-to-point communications for individuals, businesses and institutions, in accordance with the applicable terms, conditions and restrictions of this notice.
(3) Licence number: 248466
(4) Commencement date: 21 April 2015.

Transmitter peak power must not exceed 0 dBW (1 W) and the power spectral density must not exceed 17 dBm/MHz. The maximum power of any emission must not exceed 23 dBW e.i.r.p. after taking into account the antenna gain and the emission bandwidth.

Transmitter peak power must not exceed –3 dBW (500 mW) and the power spectral density must not exceed –10 dBm/MHz. For emission bandwidths less than 100 MHz, the transmitter peak power of –3 dBW (500 mW) must be prorated by (bandwidth (MHz) / 100 (MHz)).
