Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register
Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
We, Craig Alexander Sanson and Colin Thomas McCloy, liquidators of the above-named companies, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar our final report on each liquidation, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.
Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar no later than 25 May 2015.

Amendment to the Notice of Requirements for Granting of Certificates of Competence Under the Health and Safety in Employment (Mining Operations and Quarrying Operations) Regulations 2013
WorkSafe New Zealand has added the following Certificate of Competence to the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 December 2014, Issue No. 153, Notice No. 2014-au7793:
"Certificate of competence as a site-specific site
- The applicant for a certificate of competence as a site-specific site must:
a. hold a certificate of competence as a site-specific site under the former regulations; and
b. have passed the unit standards set out in Group F of Appendix 2; and
c. hold a first aid certificate."
