Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, chartered accountant, and Gregory John Sherriff, certified practising accountant, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of SURGICAL GROUP LAND LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 14 April 2015 at 9.00am.
The directors have resolved that the company is solvent and will be able to pay its debts.
A copy of that resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993.
