Road Realignment—Forest Road, Taupo District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Taupo District Council.

b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 586863 subject to notice 8910202.1 under section 195(2) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002.

c. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA43C/355 subject to notice 8932904.1 under section 195(2) of the Climate Change Response Act 2002.
