Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust

Section 26(4) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957

The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of this trust board ought to be revoked and has declared accordingly:

THE EASTERN BAY OF PLENTY COMMUNITY HOUSING TRUST (2 June 2005).

With this publication such trust is revived from the date of its dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had taken place.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of Mortgage 8307569.4 (Hawke’s Bay Land Registry), Identifier 559971 (“the mortgage”), and in the matter of GLW Group Limited (Company No.: 2231070):

Lepionka & Company Investments Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 2 April 2015.

The description of the mortgaged land is land located at Kahuranaki Road, Havelock North, being a fee simple estate of 24.3476 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2 on DP 445140.
