Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”)
On 2 April 2015 at 9.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Karen Betty Mason and Rachel Mason-Thomas, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 4 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

The above-named company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 8 April 2015 at 10.35am.
Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
