Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 31 March 2015 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Hilton Joll, of Deloitte, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidator has fixed 14 May 2015 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution.

Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to a special resolution of the shareholder under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 7 April 2015 at 8.00pm.

The liquidators of the above-named company fix 11 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

On 1 April 2015 at 2.20pm, it was resolved by shareholders’ special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SINCLAIR LONG TERM HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Gerard Brendan Boock, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidator hereby fixes 15 May 2015 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
