Pursuant to Sections 239ADW(1)(b) and 239AO(1)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

We, John Fisk and Richard Longman, both chartered accountants of Wellington, hereby give notice that we were appointed joint and several administrators of the company, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 March 2015.

We also hereby give notice that a first meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at the Rutherford Hotel, Trafalgar Square, Nelson, on Monday 13 April 2015 at 1.30pm.

Creditors should arrive 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the meeting to facilitate registration procedures.

The purpose of the first creditors’ meeting is to decide:

a. whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and

b. whether to replace the administrators.
