Land Set Apart for Education Purposes—Massey Campus, Wallace Street, Wellington City
Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Paul Stephen Kelly, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for education purposes, subject to the electricity easement created by Transfer B535565.7, which shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes and Specially Protected Area
Under the Conservation Act 1987, the Minister of Conservation declares that the land described in the Second and Third Schedules is held for conservation purposes, and further declares that the land described in the First, Second and Third Schedules is to be held for the purposes of a conservation park to be known as the Aotea Conservation Park, with the land in the First Schedule retaining its additional protection as a forest sanctuary and the land in the Second Schedule retaining its additional protection as an ecological area.
