The shareholders of CRICHTON HORNE & ASSOCIATES MORTGAGE BROKERS LIMITED resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
