On 29 March 2015 at Otorohanga, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, to appoint David Charles Bailey, chartered accountant of Otorohanga, as liquidator.
The company wishes to distribute its assets to its shareholders. The liquidation is a natural conclusion to that process.
The company is solvent with few liabilities. There are sufficient assets to meet all liabilities. Unless requested, no creditors’ meeting will be held.
