The above-named solvent company was placed in liquidation by a special resolution of shareholders on 24 March 2015 at 2.45pm on the basis that it has ceased trading.

Robert Elvidge, solicitor of Napier, has been appointed liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator does not intend to call a meeting of creditors as there are no known creditors.

However, a creditor may give the liquidator notice in writing within 10 working days of this notice establishing their claim.

On 23 March 2015 at 9.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators fix 24 April 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
