NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 32 — 26 MARCH 2015

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Chief Executive of the Napier City Council hereby notifies that on 5 November 2014 the Napier City Council passed the following resolution:

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Napier City Council resolves that the land held by the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and is hereby declared to be a recreation reserve, and to become part of the Westshore Domain within the meaning of the said Act”.

Land Acquired for Road and Reserve—Ashley Avenue, Long Bay, North Shore, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and shall vest in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be road and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council.
