Amendment to Notice—Classification of Reserve—Marine Gardens
Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Kapiti Coast District Council amends an error in the Schedule to the notice headed Classification of Reserve—Marine Gardens, dated the 17th day of April 204 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 May 2014, No. 44, page 1303, by deleting the words
"(Computer Freehold Register WN601/21)"
from the description of Lot 2 DP 16665 in the Schedule and replacing them with the words
"(Computer Freehold Register WN601/22)".

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Declares the portion of road adjoining or passing though the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 653070;
b. Declares the portion of road adjoining or passing though the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 653069;
c. Declares the portion of road adjoining or passing though the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 603092
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
