Tony Pattison, of Napier, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAIOTAHI BEACH LIMITED (in liquidation) (as a corporate trustee of Trustees in the Waiotahi Beach Trust) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 March 2015 at 12.51pm.

John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by resolution of the shareholder on Monday 16 March 2015 at 2.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
