Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to resolutions as to solvency and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators on 17 March 2015 at 1.45pm.
The undersigned does hereby fix 8 May 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
