Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council, excluding mineral interests reserved by section 59 of the Land Act 1948;
Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA24A/573, subject to Mortgage 8979615.7;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA43C/439, subject to Mortgage 8979615.7;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA39A/414, subject to Mortgage 9735871.3;
Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA43C/440, subject to Mortgage 9894679.2

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
