Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Eastern Taupo Arterial, Taupo District
Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) subject to the geothermal and electricity easement in gross created in Easement 8702593.6 (recorded in Computer Interest Register 549546) and the right to convey electricity, telecommunications and computer media created by Deed 9469018.1 (recorded in Computer Interest Register 627541) and shall vest in the Taupo District Council, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Road and Road to be Stopped and Amalgamated—Taihape Road, Hastings District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 20(1), declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is acquired for road and vested in the Hastings District Council; and
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 447178 subject to Mortgage 7044564.4
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
