Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 August 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Errol Kwan in respect of Cityjunior Palmerston North (50133), situated at 80 Pitt Street, Palmerston North.

Responsible Lending Code

I hereby give notice that, under sections 9G and 9H of the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (as inserted by the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Amendment Act 2014), the Responsible Lending Code was issued on 17 March 2015.

All provisions of the code will come into force on 6 June 2015.
