New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held
by that airline to provide for the commencement of services to Argentina and Brazil.

The variations took effect on 28 February 2015.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to
Alfred Henry Danny Dalley is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice and the surplus after deductions is
to be held in trust on behalf of Alfred Henry Danny Dalley.

And that on 18 December 2014, $4,000.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Alfred
Henry Danny Dalley.

This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Alfred Henry Danny Dalley to make claims
against it.

Any person that has been a victim of Alfred Henry Danny Dalley, in respect of an offence for which Alfred
Henry Danny Dalley was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held
in the trust account on behalf of Alfred Henry Danny Dalley.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

Appointment of District Court Judge

Pursuant to section 5 of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has
been pleased to appoint

Deborah Ann Marshall, Chief Coroner of Auckland

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, commencing on
27 March 2015.

Appointment of Acting District Court Judge

Pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has
been pleased to appoint

Sir David James Carruthers, knzm, retired District Court Judge

to be an acting District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction in New Zealand at such place or
places and for such period or periods only as the Chief District Court Judge may fix, pursuant to section 10A of the
District Courts Act 1947, for a term commencing on 1 April 2015 and expiring on 31 March 2016.
