Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated the 3rd day of November 2014 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 November 2014, Issue No. 138, Notice No. 2014-ln6941, by deleting in the Schedule Description

"Section 1"

and substituting with

"Section 2".

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
