Notice of Dissolution of the St Mark’s School (Christchurch) (4135) Board of Trustees and Direction to Appoint a Commissioner and Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the St Mark’s School (Christchurch) (4135) Board of Trustees
Under section 78N(1) of the Education Act 1989, the St Mark’s School (Christchurch) Board of Trustees is now dissolved and I, as the Minister of Education’s delegate, direct the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, to appoint a commissioner to replace that Board.
The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the St Mark’s School (Christchurch) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 November 2014, Issue No. 136, Notice No. 2014-go6676) is revoked under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Amendments to the New Zealand Rules of Racing
Pursuant to sections 29 to 34 of the Racing Act 2003, New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing Incorporated (NZTR) has made the following changes to the Rules of Racing.
Industry consultation has taken place on these amendments and NZTR’s Board of Directors has sought the views of the Judicial Control Authority and the New Zealand Racing Board Dates Committee.
