Appointment of Temporary Employment Court Judge

Pursuant to section 207 of the Employment Relations Act 2000, His Excellency the Governor-General of
New Zealand has been pleased to appoint

Anthony David Ford, retired Employment Court Judge

to be a temporary Judge of the Employment Court for a period of 12 months commencing on 9 May 2015 and
expiring on 8 May 2016.

Supplementary Integration Agreements

Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary
integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty The Queen,
acting through the Group Manager, Schools and Student Support, Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated
authority, and the proprietors of the following schools:

Corrigendum—Consent to the Distribution of a New Medicine

Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health granted consent to the distribution in
New Zealand of the new medicine which was referred to the Minister of Health under the provisions of section
24(5) of the Act and listed in the Schedule to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 February 2015,
Issue No. 18, Notice No. 2015-go1081.

This corrigendum amends the notice by replacing the entry for the product “Product Name” with the following
entry:
