NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 24 — 12 MARCH 2015

  1. Public Trust has been informed and believes after due enquiry that the owner is no longer resident in New Zealand and it is not known where the owner of the property is or whether or not the owner of the property is alive or dead.

  2. After due enquiry Public Trust does not know whether the owner of the property has any agent or administrator in New Zealand with authority to take possession of and administer the property; or where the agent or administrator is; or whether the agent or administrator is alive or dead.

  3. The gross value of the property (as estimated by Public Trust) does not exceed $40,000.00.

  4. Public Trust is satisfied that it is advisable in the interests of another person that Public Trust elects to be the manager of the property under Part VII of the Public Trust Act 2001.

  5. Public Trust has advertised its intention to elect to be the manager of the property in the 6 February 2015 edition of the Otago Daily Times, which is a newspaper circulating in the locality where the property is situated and believed by Public Trust to be an appropriate advertising medium.

Now therefore Public Trust, in exercise of the authority conferred on it by section 101(1) of the Public Trust Act 2001, hereby elects to be manager of the property under Part VII of the Act.

Schedule
Part Section 18 Block IX North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District and being the land contained in certificate of title OT24/294 (Otago Land Registry). This piece of land is located at Harrier Road, Saint Leonards, Dunedin.

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Land

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of Mortgage 7226103.2 (Wellington Land Registry), Identifier WNF4/1254 (“the mortgage”), and in the matter of Tiffany Susitina Wendt, Trood Feti Archie Wendt, Tailelei Wendt and Alan Wendt:

TEA Custodians (Bluestone) Limited (“the mortgagee” under the mortgage) hereby gives notice that it has entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below with effect from 24 February 2015.

The description of the mortgaged land is a fee simple estate being 506 square metres, more or less, being Lot 10 DP 25358 (Wellington Land Registry).
