We, Andrew John McKay and James Henry Greenway, chartered accountants of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by a special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 February 2015 at 9.20am.

The liquidators hereby fix 31 March 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority they may have, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
