2. Definition of Areas

(1) Area A: All that part of the region encompassing Lake Wainono and Wainono Reserve and bounded to the north by Hook Beach Road, the west by State Highway 1, the south by Poingdestres Road and the east by the Pacific Ocean.

(2) Area B: That part of the region not included in Area A.

(3) Area C: That part of the region north of the Opihi River only over agricultural grain crops and green feed paddocks and more than 200 metres from any water body.

(4) Chukar Hunting: Chukar hunting is by permit only. Permits are available on request from the Fish and Game
