Road Realignment—Four Peaks Road, Timaru District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 114(1), declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Timaru District Council, free of encumbrances, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette; and
Pursuant to sections 116(1) and 117(3)(b), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land contained in Computer Freehold Register 562324, Canterbury Land Registration District, subject to the rights, interests, easements and mortgage contained therein on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
