Highway, Tasman District
Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, South Canterbury District Office, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservations as a local purpose (service lane) reserve and a local purpose (road) reserve over the lands described in the Schedule and declares that the lands may be disposed of by the Timaru District Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines.
