Pursuant to section 114 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be service lane and remain vested in the Tauranga City Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Acquired for Service Lane and Car Parking—King Street, Whakatane District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into:

a. That the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in the Whakatane District Council, and;

b. That the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for car parking and shall vest in the Whakatane District Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
