Renewal of Provisional Consent to the Distribution of a Medicine
Pursuant to section 23(4A) of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health hereby renews the provisional consent to the sale, supply or use in New Zealand of the medicine set out in the Schedule hereto:

Corrigendum—Consent to the Distribution of a New Medicine
Pursuant to section 20 of the Medicines Act 1981, the Minister of Health granted consent to the distribution in New Zealand of the new medicine which was referred to the Minister of Health under the provisions of section 24(5) of the Act and listed in the Schedule to a notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 February 2015, Issue No. 18, Notice No. 2015-go1246.
This corrigendum amends the notice by replacing the entry for the product “Product Name” with the following entry:
