Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Timothy Wilson Downes and Stephanie Beth Jeffreys, chartered accountants, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of PROCESS LUBRICANTS LIMITED.
