Pursuant to section 133 of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 and acting under delegated authority from the chief executive, I give the following notice.

- Withdrawal of reference standard—(1) The Radiocommunications Act 1989 (FM Radio Broadcasting Inter-modulation in Radio Receiver Apparatus) Notice (No. 1) 1999, dated the 19th day of July 1999 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 22 July 1999, No. 5270, page 1995, is withdrawn.
