Amending a Notice Acquiring Land for Road—State Highway 60,

Takaka-Collingwood Highway, Tasman District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information,
Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated the 12th day of February 2015,
acquiring land for road in the Tasman District, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 February 2015,
Issue No. 16, Notice No. 2015-ln897, by deleting the recital and replacing it with the following:

“Pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land
Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to agreements to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for road which,
pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and
State highway and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.”
