Wellington Land District—Kapiti Coast District
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby road and shall vest in the Crown;
b. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Classification of Reserve
Under section 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Gisborne District Council hereby classifies the land described in the Schedule as recreation reserve subject to the provisions of the Act.

Authorisation of Exchange of Part of Reserve for Other Land
Under section 15 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager for the Northland District of the Department of Conservation, authorises the exchange of those parts of the scenic reserve described in the First Schedule, for the land described in the Second Schedule, and further specifies that the land in the latter Schedule shall be held as scenic reserve for the purposes of section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977 and form part of the Waro Limestone Scenic Reserve.
