Public Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, the board of BETTER HOMES & GARDENS LIMITED ("the amalgamating company") give notice of the proposed amalgamation of this company with DUNE DWELLERS LIMITED.

DUNE DWELLERS LIMITED will continue as the amalgamated company.

The proposed amalgamation will take effect on 31 March 2015 or such later date as all necessary documents are filed with the Registrar of Companies and an amalgamation certificate is issued.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies detailed below during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
