Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 12 February 2015, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that 79 HEREFORD LIMITED be liquidated and that Noel Allan Walton, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 12 February 2015 at 9.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidator proposes not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 20 March 2015 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, the High Court at Auckland, on 12 February 2015 at 4.20pm, appointed Tony Leonard Maginness and Boris van Delden, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company.
The undersigned does hereby fix 27 March 2015 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
