Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
Gough Finance Limited ("the mortgagee") gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 7 December 2015 it entered into possession of property subject to a security agreement dated the 31st day of January 2014.
The secured property is described as:
1989 Caterpillar D6H Bulldozer, Chassis No. 4YF00481.

Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that, consequent on the dissolution on 17 June 2004 of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus asset, being approximately $14,800.00 held with the Lambton Quay branch of Westpac Banking Corporation in Wellington, be vested in Auckland Skydivers Incorporated (222379).
This direction shall become final on 18 January 2016. No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
