Land Declared Road and Road to be Stopped—Cardrona Valley Road, Queenstown Lakes District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Queenstown Lakes District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette; and
- Pursuant to sections 116, 117(7) and (8), declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, when stopped, Section 12 SO 467007 added to part Block VII Cardrona Survey District, shown as Section 17 on SO 467007; Sections 2 and 4 SO 467007 added to part Section 27 Block VII Cardrona Survey District and incorporated with the lease in Computer Interest Register 583533, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and Mortgage 9031191.1; and Sections 9, 10 and 11 SO 467007 added to part Section 28 Block VII Cardrona Survey District and incorporated with the lease in Computer Interest Register 583533, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987.
