2013 notice.
(3) The levy for an application which relates to the period from 1 April 2016 onwards is the levy set out in this notice and applies irrespective of when the application is made.
(4) The levy for an application which relates to the period ending on 31 March 2016 is the disciplinary levy set out in the 2013 notice.
- Waiver or refund of fees and levy—The board may provide a waiver or refund, in part or whole, of any fee or levy.
Schedule
(1) Registration—An individual who applies to be registered must pay the relevant fee(s):

(2) Provisional licence—An individual who applies for a provisional licence, pending consideration of their application for registration or a practising licence (or both), must pay the fee:

(3) Practising licence—An individual who applies to have a practising licence issued or renewed for any licensing period must pay the relevant fee(s):

(4) Exemption application—An individual who applies for an exemption must pay the relevant fee(s):

(5) Notification of supervision under section 19, 21 or 25—An authorised person who supervises a person or persons working under a section 19, 21 or 25 exemption must pay the relevant fee(s) for each such person:
