And, pursuant to section 24(7)(a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, I specify

Dr Tejpal Singh

as a medical practitioner, may:

a. prescribe, administer or supply controlled drugs for the treatment of dependence to controlled drugs as the lead clinician for Waikato CADS;

b. authorise in writing service/clinic medical practitioners as specified under subsection (2)(b) to:

i. prescribe, administer or supply controlled drugs for the treatment of dependence;

ii. to authorise in writing general practitioners receiving clients from Waikato CADS as specified under subsection (2)(d); and

c. authorise in writing general practitioners receiving clients from Waikato CADS as specified under subsection (2)(d).

Conditions

  1. Controlled drugs may only be prescribed, administered or supplied to people who are or have been clients of Waikato CADS.

  2. This approval takes effect on 16 December 2015.

  3. This approval expires on 31 December 2017.

Revocation of Notices Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Waikato District Health Board Alcohol and Drug Service and medical practitioner issued under this section on 17 September 2015 (New Zealand Gazette, 17 September 2015, Issue No. 101, Notice No. 2015-go5439).

This revocation will take effect on 16 December 2015.

Tariff (Free Trade Agreement Between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea) Amendment Order 2015

Preferential Rates of Duty on Imports from the Republic of Korea Under the Agreement Between New Zealand and Republic of Korea

Notice is hereby given of the making, pursuant to section 7F(1)(d) of the Tariff Act 1988, of an order that incorporates by reference certain provisions of the Agreement between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea.

Notice

  1. Title of order—This order is the Tariff (Free Trade Agreement Between New Zealand and the Republic of Korea) Amendment Order 2015.

  2. Commencement—The order will come into force on 20 December 2015.

  3. Effect of order—This order, which comes into force on 20 December 2015, amends the Tariff so that it indicates in the Preferential Tariff the new rates of duty on imports of goods from the Republic of Korea.
