Notice Under Section 332 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013
Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) on 15 December 2015 approved rule changes for the licensed markets operated by NZX Limited, as contained in the Financial Markets Conduct Act (NZX Markets – Standard Settlement) Approval of Market Rules Notice 2015.
The following rules and appendices have been approved:
- NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rules provided by NZX to the FMA for approval on 20 October 2015.
- Appendices to the NZX Main Board/Debt Market Listing Rules provided by NZX to the FMA for approval on 20 October 2015.
- NZAX Listing Rules provided by NZX to the FMA for approval on 20 October 2015.
- Appendices to the NZAX Listing Rules provided by NZX to the FMA for approval on 20 October 2015.
- NXT Market Procedures provided by NZX to the FMA for approval on 20 October 2015.
- FSM Rules provided by NZX to the FMA for approval on 20 October 2015.
- NZX Participant Rules provided by NZX to the FMA for approval on 4 December 2015.
The rules and appendices as approved incorporate amendments necessary to effect a change to NZX’s standard settlement cycle, from trade date plus three business days ("T+3") to trade date plus two business days ("T+2") for cash trades on NZX’s markets.

Notification of Ordinary Rules
In accordance with section 34(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules on 2 December 2015 which will come into force on 1 February 2016:
- Part 147—Initial Issue, Maintenance Training Organisations – Certification (CAA Docket 4/CAR/4)
- Part 66—Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Licensing, Amendment 5 (CAA Docket 4/CAR/4)
These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Asteron Centre, Level 15, 55 Featherston Street (PO Box 3555), Wellington 6011.
