Notice of Cancellation of Recognition of the New Zealand Engineering Food and Manufacturing Industry Training Organisation Incorporated as an Industry Training Organisation
Pursuant to section 9(3)(a) of the Industry Training and Apprenticeships Act 1992, the recognition of the New Zealand Engineering Food and Manufacturing Industry Training Organisation Incorporated as an industry training organisation is cancelled.
The cancellation of recognition takes effect from 1 January 2016.

Pursuant to section 47(3) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions:

2 from Maritime Rule 19.62(1) - Maritime Transport Operator – Certification and Responsibilities – Operating Requirements – Maritime transport operator responsible for safe ships – No person may operate or permit the operation of a ship in the maritime transport operation unless the ship has a valid Certificate of Survey issued under Rule 44.41

1 from Maritime Rule 20.21(a) – Requirement to operate within lesser of operating limits assigned to ship or operating limits that apply to Master – Operating limits that are assigned to that ship under Rule 20.20(1) and that are recorded in accordance with Rule 20.20(2)
