NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 132 — 3 DECEMBER 2015

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped and shall remain vested in the Waikato District Council; and
Pursuant to sections 20 and 50, and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the stopped road in the Second schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Severance Taken, Road to be Stopped and Stopped Road Amalgamated—Onion Road, Waikato District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to sections 119 and 120, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA70D/960 subject to Mortgage 10047361.8, Encumbrance B656700.13, Land Covenant B656700.9, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991;

b. Pursuant to sections 117 and 120, declares the portion of stopped road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA70D/960 subject to Mortgage 10047361.8, Encumbrance B656700.13, Land Covenant B656700.9, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991; and

c. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120, shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA70D/960 subject to Mortgage 10047361.8, Encumbrance B656700.13, Land Covenant B656700.9, Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991.
