Revocation of Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Wesley Intermediate (1564) Board of Trustees

Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, (acting under delegated authority) I hereby revoke the notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Wesley Intermediate (1564) Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 13 February 2014, No. 17, page 380).

This notice takes effect on the day of publication.

Notice of the Issuing of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87N4 of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya Helen van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to issue a Scheduled International Air Service Licence to Philippine Airlines, Inc.

The licence was issued with effect from 25 November 2015.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Jetstar Airways to enable the airline to offer services from any behind points, points in Australia and intermediate points to points in New Zealand and to any point beyond; and to offer 7th freedom cargo services.

This variation took effect on 19 November 2015.
